Kèr Ùtādàq (/ˈʊtəˑd/ /əq/ [ornament; accessory; fixture] [dry; crisp]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nijhobbub Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kèr Ùtādàq is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Ùtādàq was founded by Treg̈m Crowthero, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Ùtādàq has a yearly average temperature of 32°C (89°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 36°C (96°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 29°C (84°F). Kèr Ùtādàq receives an average of 146 cm/y (57 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Kèr Ùtādàq covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1774 m (5820 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Ùtādàq was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1140, by Treg̈m Crowthero. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Kèr Ùtādàq was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Ùtādàq is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Kèr Ùtādàq is buildings are speckled and packed arround spacious cobblestone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Kèr Ùtādàq's size could have. Kèr Ùtādàq's well-designed, yet cheep has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
A look around Kèr Ùtādàq gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

Kèr Ùtādàq has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Kèr Ùtādàq's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Kèr Ùtādàq possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Kèr Ùtādàq's grid is powered by an arcane means.
Kèr Ùtādàq has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kèr Ùtādàq has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Kèr Ùtādàq has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Kèr Ùtādàq's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
In Kèr Ùtādàq every night at precisely midnight every structure in town is engulfed by sailors fire until the end of the witching hour.
The Leshy, Fungus near Kèr Ùtādàq are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
